NEW On-Demand Webinar - released August 2026

The Florida Society of Pathologists (FSP), in partnership with AstraZeneca, invites you to watch an important and timely on-demand webinar focused on an overview of the clinical significance of PTEN deficiency in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, including its association with poorer outcomes and activation of oncogenic signaling pathways that drive tumor growth. It reviews key evidence supporting PTEN as a biomarker and highlights the importance of accurate detection, including the complementary roles of immunohistochemistry (IHC) and next-generation sequencing (NGS) to avoid missed patient identification. The session also examines the CAPItello-281 study, which evaluated capivasertib in PTEN-deficient patients identified by IHC and demonstrated improved clinical outcomes.

There is no CME for this recorded webinar.
